16. How to subscribe to powered by ausweb security email updates

1) Open your web browser and go to this web URL: http://www.joomla.org

2) Click the download link to take you to the Joomla download page

3) Click in the security updates field and enter your email address

4) Next click the Subscribe button

5) You will be requested to enter the code displayed in order to help prevent spam. Click on the empty field and enter the text that is displayed

6) Now click the Complete Subscription Request button

7) You should receive a verification email from “FeedBurner Email Subscriptions” and will need to click the link in that email to activate your subscription

8) Click the Close Window link
